On eBay 74mm throttle body and the larger MAF units as a package. bidding starts at $175 or buy it now for $199.
CROSSFIRE 3.2 ENGINE UPGRADE THROTTLE BODY & MAF 04-08 | eBay

I had contact with them on an engine cover and mentioned the shortage in TB's, MAF's and engine covers. They are easy to deal with and treated me well. That is and was the limit of my dealings with them.
They have the Mercedes engine covers available as well.

Any idea as to when they're going to be relisted? They're only 10mins away from me...been there a few times for miscellaneous parts as they always have what I need. They can also get you new parts.

Do you know if the MAF unit P/N is the 74mm also. Even if it is not that is a good deal, but if it is that is a great deal. That would be some low priced HP.

I just put a 74 in my NA and really like it. The only issue I've had is when it's cold, the engine, and when it upshifts to second there is a big stutter where it feels like it doesn't want to shift, then letting off the gas it shifts normally and never happens again. When the engine is warm it's fine. doesn't do it, so I'm thinking it's more of a MAF issue. Lots more low end pull. No codes being tossed at all.

I'm using it on my setup with the OEM sensor, I'm not sure if the sensor that comes with the larger MAF will work properly or not. Someone posted that the car ran rough until they put their original sensor into the larger MAF. No problems and no codes.

Thanks 180. I was thinking I might swap it out with my older one and see what happens

Did you do a "Throttle Reset", mine ran good then bad, rough on and off until I did the throttle reset. You could also have a TB gasket leak. Also check the line that is kind of large rubber hose and has a two into one that is on top of the TB I think. It can come loose if not pushed all the way down on the connection point. I have the 74mm TB but not the bigger MAF. I think if I change the MAF I would need a different Air box to get any good out of it.

Thanks Dtinker. yes I did the reset, and it's possible a hose may not be all the way in, or a gasket leak, but the gasket leak I would expect an issue more than just the time it's cold. Even when I got her out in the spring and it was really cold here this spring, as soon as the engine warmed it was fine. so in the cold air temps I would have expected that to happen a bit longer on the first run of the day, but it didn't. just the first upshift and after that it was fine.

mdaniels4:
Sounds like you have covered the bases. I would suggest to do the Throttle reset again. I did it several times before it actually worked. I may not have done it properly the first couple of times, but it works very good now.

To remove the MAF sensor you need a tamper resistant five point Torx bit, not six point like the regular Torx, it is a pain to find. Beaner used a regular flat screwdriver and I used a tamper resistant flat screwdriver that fit like a glove. They are a bit tight but have a quick spiral thread.
I am not sure if the OEM sensor should be used, the car runs well though.
