Default Air Filter - which way does it go in?

Hey guys!

Had my son take out the air filters but he doesn't know which way they came out. Got a set of new filters. What way do the go into the housing and which side is supposed to be up?

Thanks for the quick info,

Nick

180 is correct again.... you shouldnt be able to fit the covers back on if you have the filters up-side down....
