My Exhaust
Well, after much consternation and indecision, I finally chose an exhaust for my Crossfire. I purchased a Dynomax 17733 muffler, a Wicked Flow Big Slant tip, and took them to Muffin Muffler in Austin to have them installed. Troy constructed a 2.5" pipe from the flange, welded in the muffler and constructed the hangers, and the result is below. Muffin is the best muffler shop in Austin. Tom and Troy are the best!

Looks good Shaag! I had one on my car a while back. I missed the round pipes and eventually went back to them. I wasn't running a muffler all the way to rear, so I had plenty room to work with. I am curious how they connected the tip to the muffler in that small amount of space. Could you post some pics of that area. Thanks.

Excellent idea. And I am glad it worked out for you. Thanks for the pic. James
PS Now take some BBQ Grill flat black paint and black out the muffler. I bought some at Home Depot.

Here's a couple of pictures that show how it fills the space.

And a picture from the side:

It's different, fits the space. Clean instal. I have to wonder about the ground clearance from looking at the pictures. The stock tubing goes up and over and yours goes underneath. Here's hoping it's a non issue for you.

All the NA's exhaust goes under as I bet the SRT does the same thing. There is NO room to go over.
