what grade oil are you running? need help. high miles oil options please

My coupe just hit 190k this afternoon.
I have been running mobil 1. 0-w40

I would like to switch to a thicker grade

What is my best option for mb approved.
Is anyone else high miles running thicker oil?

I use Mobil 1 5w40 turbo diesel oil in all my engines from chain saw , lawnmowers, motorcycles and cars. no failures. gary..

Any FULL SYNTHETIC 5W-50 will fill the bill. Please stay with all-synthetic. I have my reasons for saying this...

Not too sure if the oil level sensor will have an issue, Anyone else?
