Default Before I break something. Help!

I have my new 02 sensor in but I can't get the old sensor connector out of the little socket so I can plug the new one in. I can see what appears to me as little tabs but I would need three hands to get screwdrivers under there and pull the old plug out. Any input would be helpful even if you did it with two hands. Thanks

I solved it. I also broke it. Tried two screw drivers to wedge the tabs open. It put a hairline crack (smaller than a hair) at the top of one of the tabs. Seems pretty well connected though.

I didn't know what to tell you to do. Even when pulling it apart correctly it can be a struggle. Patience and persistence seem to be the answer for these types of connectors.

Hey Les, It is a bi*ch, especially when one is wedged under the car. I think it's ok. It isn't the first connector that I've broken. I can make them work with various devices. You can't even see the crack on this one. I'm pretty sure it will hold. If it was something that would shut me down, good enough, wouldn't be good enough. However, it won't strand me and I'll get a second chance to secure it. Thanks for the reply.
