RCM relays
P0410 code showed up the other day. Cleaned the Secondary Air Pump ground, checked the blue check valve ok, opened up the RCM cleaned all 5 relays. Pump relay was slightly burnt and pitted cleaned it with contact cleaner and emery cloth code went away. Does anone have 2 American Zettler AZ907E-1A-12D relays that they would sell to me?
Found them at onlineparts.com $3.46 each minimum $50.00 order.
Thanks Yellowhammer

I had some, ordered them from MCM (way less minimum order, $25 I think) but I ended up selling all but two of them.
If you order some, let the word out, they will sell in lots of 1 or 2 pretty fast..

pizzaguy,
thanks for the response. i just ordered a bunch of them if anyone is interested. if not, the "yoke" will be on me. i should get them sometime next week according to seller. $3.50 each plus actual shipping to forum member's door. technically, that's a small loss per unit - but i just want to be able to contribute as forum member.

No offence meant, just a warning to the unprepared .........
I thought it would be easy for a highly trained specialist like myself (

),
but I was brought down a notch or two.
I got it done, but it ain't pretty ......

I'm fairly confident, but when I post looking for a RCM, you, get to say, "I TOLD YOU SO!"
Have no doubts.. he will be there for you on that one!
The relays arrived in the mail today. If interested send me a PM with your mailing address and how many you want and I will get them in the mail shortly. So far I have Yellowhammer, Steve Jr, and Jocko124. Still interested? Anyone else?
Good advice ala-xfire - much more difficult to desolder than solder. I have an acquaintance who is good with electronics that can help me.

Thanks Rob got the relays today.
Took about 20 minutes to remove 2 relays (fuel pump, air pump) had to wiggle them a little to get them out piece of cake, 10 minutes install the 2 new ones. Saved the 3rd relay for a spare looks like the secondary air pump relay and the fuel pump relays are the ones that go bad other 3 look good.
Car runs great no problems, no codes, no check engine light.
