Default Supercharger repair question

So I purchased a supercharger off ebay and when it got her the box was pretty well destroyed. When inspecting the supercharger I found 2 places with obvious damage:
1) 2 vacuum ports were broken off the inlet https://imgur.com/SLE4TgA
2) The 2 locating dowels for the pulley are badly bent https://imgur.com/ptzn74C

Any estimates on how difficult the dowel pins will be to fix, or how much a replacement inlet will run me?

Are you making a claim with the shipper?

I imagine it will either be the fault of USPS or the guy I bought from for not packaging well enough. Assuming he got the correct insurance, I'll probably err on the side of trying to get compensated through USPS

Register the problem with eBay while you can. They might give the problem some weight with USPS and refund your money as a last resort. I would at least want to return it or get a substantial rebate if it is repairable.

destroyed due to improper packaging, send it back for a refund on his dime.

i would bet money that the shipping company will not cover that

that is an early c32 blower, the sc inlet with the 2 broken off vacuum lines can be replaced but the nose washer alignment pins being damaged are the deal breaker.
