2004 crossfire coupe

Hi is it ok to put STP ATF 4 in my 04 crossfire it is a lot cheaper ? Gary

According to the manual use only ATF approved to MB 236.10, MB 236.12. Synthetic Dexron III Automatic Transmission Fluids may be substituted.
