It seems I have a SKREEM or SKRIM issue. Car turns over and starts but immediately stalls out. No one around hear has the needed technology to read and diagnose the problem (DRB Unit ?)


I am located in RHODE ISLAND - Does anyone have any suggestions?

I can fix your start error issue. I would need SKREEM and ECU. SKREEM is a bit to dig out - it is behind the instrument cluster and the ECU is a metal box located in the black plastic box on the passenger side of your engine bay (closer to the windshield).
