Default Oil residuos on engine

I would appreciate recommendations to fix this issue. Looks as if the gaskets may be the problem. I've had to put about a quart of oil in the past 30 days.
I've also noticed it has lost some strength.

See pictures. Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Valk, do you have any suggestions to troubleshoot this problem?

Clean it up good and recheck for leakage every few days at what looks like the source. The leakage shown is too far spread to determine exact location of the leak if any at all. Some seepage from gaskets can be tolerated if not causing low oil condition or dripping on the ground.

Probably needs to have the crankcase breather covers removed, cleaned and new RTV sealant applied. These are a known problem for poor factory assembly. The small screws holding these down are "throw-aways". You'll need to replace them if you perform this repair. (see attached document)

The valve covers themselves may also be contributing to the leakage. This would require another set of valve cover gaskets installed once you remove the valve covers & clean the sealing surfaces of all old gasket material. The larger Torx screws hold the valve cover down and can be re-used. (Note: As a "short-term" DIY fix, you might try tightening the valve cover screws. They do become somewhat loose over time. I check these for proper tightness probably every couple of years. Tightening torque is 10 N-m (7 Ft-lbs).)

Here's the link to a thread in the Forum that covers the DIY repairs of the "breather covers". Lots of good info scattered throughout this thread.
