jimAMX1397 would be able to help you with these questions as he Rudy and a couple other fellows have built the most V8 crossfires. Just throwing that out there. 🤙🏼Good luck

Hi,

I fitted some 10AN oil cooler adapter fittings https://www.vrpspeed.com/product/ofaf/ to the engine then ran hoses to a small Mishimoto style oil cooler https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Universa...frcectupt=true. I mounted the oil cooler in the space in front of the LHS front wheel, directly below the headlight. I removed the headlight and drilled two holes straight down to allow the connectors to the cooler to protrude through so I could connect the hoses with short 90deg AN fittings. The cooler was supported from below with a couple of 90 deg brackets (it just fits). I don't think you'll need a fan as the oil doesn't get very hot. I routed an air duct to the front of the cooler and replaced the plastic access hatch in the wheel well with some steel mesh. The hoses also provide a good opportunity to mount an oil pressure sensor. Here's some photos. Let me know if you need any help with your conversion.
