Breather hose?
Hi all I’m missing the hose that connects to this and I believe it’s causing a vacuum leak. I’m not even sure where it’s supposed to connect to but would someone be able to tell me either what it’s called and/or where I can buy one?

The hose linked to above is for a stock car and it would connect to the elbow that connects to the throttle body.
From the pictures it looks like you have a modifies SRT6 so I doubt that house will work for you. From the connection on the breather that you have pictured it will run to the intake air tubing. I do not know where that other end connects to on Needswings duel intake but it will be about the same diameter. There is little to no pressure on that hose so you would be fine using a silicone hose to make the connections. Just cut a 5/8" inside diameter silicone hose to length and make the connection. You could even buy red hose to match your trim.
A telephone call, or email, to Rob at Needswings will get you the precise info you need.

It’s all good I saw it was for the wrong engine I found the right one for the SRT on his website. I’m having weird intermittent acceleration issues and I’m hoping this is going to solve it
Just curious: What kind of weird intermittent acceleration issues are you having. Might help me or someone else in the future help diagnose issue due to that hose leaking if that is the problem.
Just off the top of my head the SC pump or conductor plate can cause weird intermittent acceleration issues also
.

Not yet. Originally thought it was the pedal erratically not responding but I guess I’m kinda gonna just process of elimination it but that’s one more thing to look into
I doubt that hose you bought from Needswings will work because you have a different intake system than the stock oem hose was designed for. When you attach it to the breather you showed in the picture where will the other end attach?

Cleaning the throttle body and a scan is where I would start (basically no cost to you). If the hose is truly a missing, I would replace the missing hose.
Symptoms of an intermittent acceleration problem I had with my SRT6.
1) Car would be fine for several minutes until it warmed up.
2) Once warm if I accelerated hard or even semi hard the RPMS would go up normally, but car would only pick up 1 or 2 MPH.
3) If I lifted my foot off the pedal and accelerated normally it respond as normal.
Solution.
1) Replaced the conductor plate in the transmission. There is a speed sensor on the plate. I believe that was bad and the transmission did not know what to do under harder acceleration.
Problem solved yes. Car still seemed a little slower than normal. 90 % there.
2) Replaced supercharger pump. I had ordered a new pump when I bought the car (newer -1 pump) and just had it sitting there for a couple of years. This pump is known to wear out before 30,000 miles.
At that point my car had about 11,000 miles and was 15 years old. What a difference!!! The car was much faster than the day I bought it.

You should get the car scanned for Diagnostic Trouble Codes, DTC, Most car parts stores will do it for free. Those codes (get the exact number, not just some vague explanation) and start from there. Throwing parts at a car is an expensive way to make repairs. Is the check engine light on?

Well i have replaced both the hose and the conductor plate and am still having the exact same issue as before. Still no check engine light so I guess we are back to the throttle body or the pedal being bad. Very demoralizing
I have a manual transmission so I wouldn't know if your symptoms could be caused by that or not. In my opinion, I would lean towards the the accelerator pedal. The electronics in it are probably on their way out.
Try testing the connection at the pedal. Make sure it's not loose or broken. Pull the connector and check the contacts for corrosion. Clean everything and put it back together. See if anything changes. At least it won't cost anything to try.
Good luck!
