Default HELP headlight clip broken

Yes this is related to not buying the right HID kit and breaking the clip that holds the light in. I can't find them anywhere dealer wants me to buy the whole headlight assembly. I am getting an srt-6 bumper, I took the old one off and figured since I have it off I might at well fix the clip. WHERE CAN I GET ONE?

Cool Re: HELP headlight clip broken

You will have to try and fabricate one...Why did you remove the whole front bumper, the only difference between the LTD bumper and the SRT bumper is the chin spoiler that can be purchased by separately.

I bought a kit were the build are attached to the wiring. I didn't realize it when i purchased the kit. I struggled with the passenger side clip for a least a good hour or two and then just decided to take the bumper off and then pull the headlight. I don't believe you can only buy the chin on the bumper i believe its the whole deal or nothing. Regardless if i keep the bumper it needs to be touched up there is some curb rash on the driver and passenger side. I didn't mind taking it off. It was going to have to be taken off sooner or later.

Cool Re: HELP headlight clip broken

I stand corrected, you cannot just by the chin spoiler.

All the hid kits have the wire attached to the bulb. It can be tricky to get the clip on but that is what myself and the others here have done.
As for the clip, if you can't find yours you will need to make one, should not be that hard, best of luck.
