Default Photos of Brushed Aluminum and Black Powder Coated Grills

I have posted photos of the polished aluminum grills on my car already so won't put it here. Here are shots of the black powder coated grill and brushed aluminum grills. The lower grills match. Guess I need to learn how to do this better. Not sure what I need to do to get larger photos without having to click.

Don, the black powder-coated grill is absolutely fantastic.

I am extremely glad I ordered it instead of the brushed aluminum...
I think it would just melt-in better with my "all-black" ride.

Anyhow, thanks for the pics, and look forward to your product!

The black powder coat was a finish that we have been working on because we thought it met a need and would go well with certain cars. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the product at this time. There are some imperfections in the basic grill material that is amplified by the black gloss. (These are largely on the leading edges of the grill and are polished out on the other finishes). I wish it were different but I just can't send something out that does not meet my standards. At this point we only have a couple of orders for the black grill and I will be contacting those who have ordered it to either give them a refund or let them switch to another finish. I am very happy with the polished and brushed grills. Hopefully in the future we may be able to offer this for those of you who want it.

Don,

You are a class act. Thanks for showing me your grills yesterday. Your attention to detail and being proactive about the powder coated grills finish show how much you care about the quality of these grills. You have done an excellent job and those who purchase the grills from you will be greatly impressed.

Karl
