Ok so....of course my headlights are jacked, they have been since i drove my car of the showroom floor. I just assumed thats how they were supposed to be, but since I added the HID lights, they are way off, I checked and rechecked and rechecked for propper bulb placement, as far as the adjustment screw I can turn it and then it "pops" and goes all the way down. My thought is that the adjustment screw is stripped meaning a new assembly. Anyone have any guesses

 

SO....figured it out I guess it was bulb seatment like every other freakin thread with this topic. The trick to it was to turn the damn headlights on then adjust bulb, while trying not to to shock myself. Problem solved!
