Paul, yes a different panel is used in place of the active wing.
I bought Goodyear F1 All Season tires last fall from Tirerack.com. $670 for all four after the rebate. So far so good.

It is best with a VIN, but a GOOD parts guy can still get you a part number and price witout a VIN. Maybe you need to go somewhere else. James
