If you flash your lights at some people, you could have a case of road rage on your hands.

Yeah-"Flash to Pass" (Overtake) is a polite way of warning those in front of your intentions.

Just not here in the US of A.

Answer: If your lights are not turned on then pushing the stalk forward will do nothing.
If the lights are on then the high beams will light and stay lit as long as the stalk is in the forward position.

another thing is that flashing your lights well warn other drivers you are passing of cops or another danger up the road or that they forgot to turn on their headlights
