Rudy did not grab his hood. He sent me a property release letter and had a 3rd party pick it up.

Its in Saint Louis if you don't want to pay to have it shipped.

Depending on the freight charge it may not be worth the gas money to drive to St. Louis

Some shipping places are cheaper than other depending on your location. I spent 6 hours yesterday trying to find the best prices for everyone. I come to realize, I would have ended up scheduling 10 different pick ups from different freight place at different times. As a result, going with one company is cheap for some and $$$ for others. So, I think it would be best for each person to set up their own shipping. That way your responsible for finding the best price. Just Email me your shipping invoice. Medmotor@hotmail.com

I'm available for pick up.....

St Louis, MO 63108

Monday 4-8 / Wednesday 4-8

Contents: Carbon Fiber Hood (Fragile)

Class: 100
Weight: 35 lbs

Fedex is know to take care of your freight/ UPS is a coin flip/ Online freight... you get what you pay for!

In the future I might just go with FedEX and charge a flat rate, where as right now some people can save hundreds just doing a little shopping around.

FedEx / UPS / Freight center / etc.

Please make sure to insure your hoods.

I've seen prices from $104 - $298 with insurance from $14 - $53 to cover $1300.

Shop around and get the best bang for buck on your location.

UPS - $110 CA $176 MI $142 IL $144 OH $178 NY

Freightcenter.com < $200 for AZ,PA,CT

UPS $53 to cover $1300

Freightcenter $15 to cover $1300

I would just shop around and keep me posted. I'm ready when you are!

UPS freight: 1800-333-7400 hit - 0 to talk to someone

freightcenter: Freight Quote - FreightCenter.com

take your time.

By you placing your shipment, we will save the 3% paypal fee. That money can go towards your insurance.

I got mine an hour ago and I just stood there and wiped the water from my eyes. I can say without a doubt this is just spectacular. I am at a loss for words, it's beautiful. Med you out did yourself, Thank you you have restored my faith in group buys. I really don't want to paint part of the hood it's too nice ,but on an alabaster car may look a little too much. I am going to pre fit it on Saturday then pull it back off for painting and vent modification. Has anyone figured out how to prop it up yet? I am open for suggestions.

I think that black and alabaster contrast would look awesome. I think the only other option would be to continue the carbon look over the coupe top on down to the back bumper; provided the overlay/sticker would look as good as the hood. Either way, when you get it done, please post some pictures and if you can swing it, head on up to the Colorado CAA this year so everybody attending can see it in person. Good luck!

Well, If you want you can use your stock hood prop. Make sure you raise and lower the hood on the driver side. Make sure you also lower the hood stoppers on the front of the car. I'll try to get some pic's up. Been busy with shipping these pass weeks!

Thanks,

Med

When new product development is what you do for a living as an Engineer, then I could not accept anything less than perfection!!

How much is a Canadian dollar worth compared to the US dollar?
OK, I'll make that easy for you, at last reckoning they are about the same. Do the math and you have your answer, one times one = ?

The answer is one times the cost in US dollars.
