Thumbs up Old Style Foglight Fix...

Well as most of us know the original style fog lights have a tendency to fall apart on the inside and before there was nothing you could do except to buy the new style ones for $100+. Well I didn't feel like giving Chrysler any more money on something that didn't have to do with the driveability of the car so I fixed them myself for free!! And it took 20 mins for both lights!!

Problem

Fix. Take the foglight off of the car.

Rotate it upside down so the silver dish inside is next too the half circle hole.

Fog3.jpg
Make the silver dish fall in to the hole and rotate the fog light right side up.

And it's gone!!!!

Once you get the light assy off the car, it will snap apart very easy. Then you can get in there with a wire cutter and remove the remianing part of the shield. Then it will look exactly like the new style.

Your right! Except I hate modifying something that I can't return too stock... and this way I know what I did with the part!
