Has anyone else had problems finding the right bulb that goes in the hatch just about the license plate? I'm pretty sure it's a 6418 but I can't find that bulb in any auto parts stores. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to find it online?

Also, how does one get access to the front parking light? It looks like I have to take the headlight out to get at it. I can get the top two screws out but it won't budge. Is there another screw on the bottom of the headlight somewhere holding it in place?

 

A C5W will work. It's the same as a 6418.

and download the service manual.... this will give you all the info you need on how to remove the lights..


If you cant find the license plate lights at your parts store.... just look them up online and order them.. they should be easy and cheap....

 

You can change the parking light without removing the whole headlight. It can be done with long needle nose pliers and patience. Use the pliers to turn the bulb socket counterclockwise and pull it out and install the same way using the pliers and turn clockwise.
