Default testing bulbs

It looks to me like my passenger lamp is not as bright as the Drivers side? It seems to be fine but, is there any test I could do to see if the passenger side is alined with the Drivers side? I think we used to do it in the garage and they had to spot to the wall so many feet away? Any one help me here?

I would back in your car about 20 ft from a white wall @ night.. Then walk in front of each light to see how much light they are contributing and @ what angle.. The passenger lamp might not be correctly positioned in the socket which will cause it to not do much more than illuminate the ground.

maxchicon gave me a bit of advice on this ( which makes 'common' sense ) :

find a level street at night with a bunch of cars parked parallel to the curb.
put some one it the drivers seat ( to simulate real conditions ) and then adjust the lights to just below where you can see bright reflections from all the car's rear view / side view mirrors .......

Thx for the replies. I will actually try both, with the wife in her new Crossfire.
