Default Fog light bulb removal

I have a simple (stupid) question, and yes I did search for the answer, but it is so basic it seems to get glossed over. Or, I'm not perceptive enough to find it.

How does the fog light bulb come out? does it twist into place? clockwise or?
Mine is very tight and I have good hand access, but can't see it (don't want to remove the tire) and I don't want to break it by cranking on it.

Thanks, guys!

Pretty sure MrM is correct - that's what I remember from when I changed mine.

Thanks all! CCW seems logical. I thought it might twist, but wanted confirmation here first.
