How do i replace this bulb?

How do i replace this bulb?

I can see the connector on the back but my fingers are too big to maneuver into that area.

You may need curved jaw long noze plyers to twist it off. It can be done by hand. You may have to look for someone with slim hands

I never noticed that light before.. but I've only owned my crossfire for a couple of weeks. What's that light for?

It is lit as your parking lights
