Default Remove glue from hood

Does anyone have a solution to getting glue off my hood? the guy who had the car before me put a scoop on the hood and in addition to the double sided sticky tape he used some sort of glue to hold it down in a few spots. I have been using a hair dryer while picking at it with my finger nail. It has been working but it's very slow and it seems like what is left is really tough to get off. Any suggestions?

Use the 3M adhesive remover like suggested above, but make sure to let it sit on there for a while, spraying every once in a while so it does not dry on the paint. I would recommend not using your finger nail as it will damage the clear coat...

I always use wd40 in removing glue/sticker residue though I need to wax the body afterward.
