Default Hazed headlights

I recently bought a 2004 Crossfire Coupe. The headlights are hazey to the point that I cannot safely see in night driving. Cleaners and buffing did not work. Body shop attempts did not work. They said it was inside the headlights. Body shop and Chrysler said headlights need to be replaced at just under $2000. Suggestions?

Click on the link below and it provides info about your problem. It's hard to believe all of the fogging is located on the inside of the headlights. use the search button, since this is only one of many posts about this matter.

They can be sanded and polished, on the exterior, to look, if not new, then pretty darned close to it.

Trizact 3000

(All wetsanded)

Polish

I made a sticky on cleaning the interior of the housings.

And it IS amazing how much grunge will build up on the inside of the housings.
