Question headlamp assemblies

Im sure theres a thread on this already, but i was unable to find one.

Why are headlamp assemblies so astronomically expensive? And where do you guys find them for reasonable prices. Either OEM or not, it doesnt matter to me at this point, i just need to replace one.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, I paid $400 for the pair. I'm not selling them
I called that out so you could see that there are deals to be had, you just have to watch for them

Used are approx the same price I paid for new

There have been installed and not for sale

At $500 I still would have purchased them too. I don't know how anyone missed them. When I found them, they had been on Ebay for 2 weeks

As it happens, the Canadian Government will not allow me to sell them back into the USA. Selling them back into the US might start a trade deficit.

That type of cross border selling could lead to "tariffs"

Those of you who stay current on global issues will know what this refers too
