That they have, I can find about six times that they were mentioned here, the first by Professor ala_xfire in 2015.
That may not have been the first but it is as far as a search says.

OK, we gotta straighten this out.
Dave calls me "Professor"
Bob in Key Largo calls me "Doctor"
when in actuality the proper term is "Colonel", as I am a full colonel in the Confederate Army
( hate to admit it, but that title was bestowed on me by the infamous Governor George Wallace in 1973 )

 

Titles are normally given for success, rather than losing.
