Default Clean Inside of Headlight, not with Methenol

Has anybody figured out a way to clean the haze/gunk from inside the headlight by way of perhaps some sort of bendable q-tip or other such contraption that doesn't involve removing the headlight and swishing methanol in it for 2 minutes? I'm confident in the methanol method, I just don't think I'm inclined to spend a day removing the headlight to do that method?

There is the method of a cloth inside the headlight with a steel object behind it and magnet with a protective face on it. Some glass cleaner on the cloth and away you go..
