Has anyone built the files for any 3D printed parts for the XFire? I just had my foglight glass smashed and don't like the $300 USD prices I see. I have the other side in decent condition and could invert it for the side I need but if someone else has the file.... I'd expect thtat this forum would be a great place to share these. Not just foglights but all interior/exterior plastic parts...
Thoughts?
I'll certainly post mine when I make it. Assuming it comes out OK.
How weird is that. I was lucky enough to have been the member to purchase the 3D Printed units. They arrived this afternoon.
Quality rating.
1=bad
10= good
I rate them at a 50
Way nicer than I had imagined, incredibly robust top notch quality.
can’t wait to get the installed. For anyone wanting to redirect their rear subs, I give these a strong recommendation to buy a set when they become available.
That cup holder looks very useful. The slot is made to fit in the center console.
Is anyone selling them? Can someone print one and if so, how much would it cost? Console 2 cup holder

I do not think you will be able to make the glass clear enough to be of any use.
I think the part could be fabricated used Lexan, maybe two or more pieces shaped and fitted together.
Machined faces can be sanded down, then the surface is heated lightly with a propane torch. This melts the surface slightly and it comes out shiny and translucent.
I also think headlight lenses could be made the same way.

Any details on this? Do they keep the subs under the factory covers?
I've only just received them yesterday. Unfortunately, I have not had a chance to install them yet. I will install Dynamat in doors and rear bulkhead at the same time. If you're going to do it, you may as well do it right.
The quality of the surrounds is amazing. I know that it will dramatically improve the sound. I'm using Kicker KXA400.4 Amp and 43CWRT672 subs (same as shown in the Photo)
Based on his original post, the Subs will sit proud of the OEM sub grill cover. Image shown in the OP and attached here too.
No, you'll have to cut a larger hole in the carpet. You can add grills if you prefer, but not needed. I think they sound better then rear facing. I am still using the factory amp with aftermarket radio. But I am waiting until UrbanE gets his installed and his opinion before I list them for sale on Market Place. I will be selling them for $150.00 a pair plus shipping.
