Ouch! Actually, xfires get very good ratings at NHTSA. That test is done at either 30 or 35 mph. You can go to NHTSA's website and see more including a side crash.

Did someone get the VIN # of that car?

Only a dummy would crash a Crossfire into a wall like that .

After seeing the damage that crash caused I'm definitely going to try and avoid all walls on the road.

I like the fact that the doors, and fender don't crumple around the drivers' body, very inmportant feature if you like your legs and arms to not get mangled.

it looks like the front springs also absorbs a lot of energy

Exactly! I'm impressed, the passenger compartment looks like it stays in one piece.....darn good thing!
