I have made fun of people who think they are gonna retire on winning a lottery. Don't these people know the odds? They are NOT going to win.

Well, four of the guys at work are now buying lottery tickets as a team. And if they win (they won't, but still, if they do...) how will I feel?

So, you guessed it - I, today, for the fourth time in two months... I did it... I spent $10 on lottery tickets.

If my mother were alive she'd laugh her tail off at me.

 

I love to spend about 5 bucks every time I go through georgia on the MegaMillions. Sure, chances are next to nothing, but still fun.

When you look at that billboard that says "154 million" or something, it looks so nice.

 

Hey here is the thing... if you don't play you for sure will not win.. and SOMEONE is going to win, could be YOU!!! Or better yet ME!!!! LOL

If I win, new Crossfires for all my good friends!!!!!

I just feel so foolish.... .but if I DON"T participate - they will probably win.

With me along, surely they won't win... but at least I won't have to shooot myself for not joining in.

(And as much HOPE money as I'v gone thru, I probably should give some back!)

I hope they all know if any one owes anything,,child support, back taxes oe any thing that the coverment has a hand in they will not get their money,, we had a pool 5 of us we won 26000.00 dollars we all gave our ss # and then we were told that joe blow owes 20,00.00 in child suport and 11 000.00 in back taxes the state/or federal gov kept all our winnings we got nothing,,,, and if you think you can collect from a dead beat well you can't. so injoy your lottery, play by yourself jim

I rarely buy lottery tickets, unless the numbers are huge. Then I'll buy one ticket. I feel that if it's meant to be, all you need is one ticket..

We'll throw $5 away once a week when Powerball reaches 9 figures & we don't even do that consistently. You have a better chance of getting hit by lightning (or falling off of a cliff or eaten by wolves) than of ever winning the jackpot.
