Hitler's road >> funny. Driver's licenses cost 1500 to 2000 dollars and it's illegal to go to slow.
"DRIVE RIGHT" = the German Autobahn moto
27" asphalt with average speeds of 120. Definately my kinda road. I've seen this before and loved it then. Just provide the Bugatti.

Hey Crosseyed..... I have seen several variations of your avatar in the past. But, the only other place that I have seen these variations is at the last Macheist. Are you by chance a Mac user? Now, about the autobahn..... I lived in Stuttguart for 3 years... 86 - 89. I had a 735i which was a very cool autobahn cruizer. The one thing that I never got over while I was there was....... Everytime I saw a polizei on the autobahn, my foot automatically went for the brake. I would feel stupid every time I did it, and I would smile to myself, and put my foot back into the gas.
I've been in IT for over 20 years
. Built networks, seen the inside of every Govie building and am an electronics geek. Seen/used and in this case copied some one else's avatar. I own a cat (by default) and was LMFAO when I saw this. Hits real close to home on my attitude while driving in the DC area.
Kewl that you actually got to live there >> I once turned down an assignment near a US base in .GE to be there and experince the road and the Alps << also like a dumb a$$ turned down a skiing trip to the Swiss Alps.
However, if you talk to some folks who live in CO and WA (where I once resided), I'm sure you could come close to the feel of the Autobahn. like the story said, some Germans actually came to Montana to escape some of the restrictions.
Love the History Channel and it's narrations and the Modern Marvels.
