I presume you are referring to the "eyebrow" lights in the upper, outsides of the heaglight housings? They can be a bear.
If you have an SRT, you must remove the Radiator Fan Control unit on the drivers' side tire well to gain clearance for your hands. Otherwise:
Using a pair of hemostats or neednose pliers, you must turn the rubber bulb holder 90 degrees counter-clockwise and then pull straight back. I have found it necessary to use the tip of one finger (from the bottom) and a flat blade screwdriver (from the top), pushing in opposite directions, to accomplish this. It truely sucks. Once done-lubricate the orings before re-assembly. Makes it much easier and aids in removal next time.

Since James brought it up-LED's are a choice of many here. They last forever and you will not need to replace them again!

thank you for your replies and answers, i have come to relize that replacing a light in this car is going to be a pain since there is no room...
my friend has small hands ans she was able to put her hand through the fender ..just above the tire and i think that is the only way to do it..otherwise you will damage something.
