Default Happy Thanksgiving...

A Happy Thanksgiving to All!
House is ready, pies are made, Filets are marinating, potatoes are wrapped and ready for the oven. Just a few minutes to sit and vibrate before Dad comes.
Please, remember all of our loved ones in the service on this, our country's special day of Thanks.

I'll second that - HAPPY THANKSGIVING, EVERYONE!

Turkey's in the oven & being basted with butter & Yukon Jack (of course!). Pies are done, table is getting squared-away & veggies are ready to go!

AND, the Pack is on in just 1 hour !

It's bound to be one heckuva Thanksgiving, yee-ha!

Happy Thanksgiving to all!!!! I have my son here from Charlotte, NC - so I am not gonna be around much for another three days.

Sure hope you all have a wonderful weekend with family!! Due to my nephew's wife working today, our big meal and gathering is tomorrow. Today was just a day of mowing, lawn vacuuming and a short ride around town in the XF with the top down. Very sunny and pretty today, it got up to 59F !

No Kids, No father-in-law coming over, no commitments to go anywhere.

Just a sleepy cat on the bed at our feet.

We slept in untill 11:00. Then watched the birds on the backyard feeder for hours.

Cleaned up the Truck and the Minivan for our separate trips on Friday. Crumpy is going Southwest and I'm going Northeast.
Both of us on separate Crossfire missions.

Went out to Cracker Barrel for turkey. Good eats and no mess to clean up.
Now a fire, a little coffee and wine, a warm blanket on the couch and ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ's

A Great Thanksgiving for us.
We are so blessed this year.

We hope everyone got to do what they wanted. We hope all got their dose of tryptophan. We hope everyone enjoyed the day.
