Default 7th month no smoking!

Allen Carr's "The Easy Way to Quit Smoking" freaking WORKS!

I TRIED EVERYTHING! This guy knows how to get in your head.

He's right! It's not so bad, now I feel like I can do ANYTHING!

If you can't quit and have given up, BUY THIS BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love not smoking, you do not have to be a slave. Do it.

Thumbs up Re: 7th month no smoking!

Congrats!! ...Just keep thinking of all the extra mods you can buy for the Xfire with all that extra cash you'll have now. .... I quit 8 years ago cold turkey after smoking for 27 years.

Congrats Tunaglove! We'll see you on the 31st in White Bear Lake and Marine on St. Croix - I'll be watching to make sure you don't bum a ciggy off of someone!

Congrats Tuna.... I quit 9 months ago, so I can appreciate the accomplishment. Now I just need to figure out how to loose all the weight that I gained after I quit.

Congrats tunaglove! You are doing the very best thing you can do for your health - and keeping those around you healthier too. Give yourself a few pats on the back. Alicia

Thank you!

No, I will not be bumming any smokes LOL!

I tried patches, gum, lozenges, Zyban, will power.
The book just made me realize that you can't COVET the cigarettes.
That was it, done.

To quit smoking just takes the right motivation. Whatever iti.

I was a cool packaday smoker with a pack always toughguy wrapped in the sleeve of my TEE shirt until a young lady with whom I very much wanted to relate told me "Kissing a guy who smokes was like licking an ashtray."

Cigs went out the window. Poof, done!

She dumped me anyway but the habit was broken.

For anyone who has been there, amazing the difference.

Congrats Tuna.

I quit after the Fall Dragon 2010. I understand about the weight but my doctor says that it is for a good cause. I am finding that quitting carbs is way harder than quitting cigarettes!

Very similar to my story. Her name was Elizabeth, it was 1979 and she broke my heart three months later.

Most severe broken heart I've ever had - and the most worth it, too.

When she told me "I didn't know you smoked... I dont' allow my boyfriends to smoke", I threw them out the window, in downtown Jonesville, Michigan without even looking to see who'd see me do it.

Some guys made fun of me for "letting a GIRL tell you what to do". They REALLY missed the point.

(She didn't allow her boyfriends to smoke but she DID allow them too... ... )

Wow - congrats to Pizza Guy and to KimPossible too! I am told that smoking is one of the hardest addictions to beat. And - gotta tell ya, that those of us who do not smoke appreciate the effort and commitment that goes into quitting. I have too many friends who have/are suffering the consequences. And I lost my mother to lung cancer. She always hated the fact that I hated her smoking. I was not happy to be right. Alicia

awesome! smoking literally sux. speaking of gf's, my live-in (20 years younger than me), smoked behind my back. after i kicked her lying a** out, i discovered hidden packs around the apt. friends my age said i was crazy (she was skinny and hot). but, nasty habits make the girl and nothing she could do made up for it.
