Default cluster question

Hello, new owner so I have a stupid question as I did not get an owners manual to tell me the answer...On the left side of the cluster there are a few idiots lights-check engine, low tire pressure, and then I have one on at the bottom of that little housing-it looks like a picture of a steering wheel and is red in color..Mine is lit up all the time-air bag problem ?? Also I see in specs that these cars supposedly have 215 Horsepower(non supercharged), Is that correct? It sure seems to me by seat of the pants more like 250...The car pulls pretty hard when the throttle is really pushed..My car is a 05 limited coupe and is stock as far as I know-bought it from the original owner..does have the optional 5 speed auto tranny..Thanks all..

welcome to the best forum ...... very friendly and helpful people here. THERE ARE NO STUPID QUESTIONS ..... ask away, as we all have done at some point.
If you go to the CICCI Club forum, you can print off an owners manual. I don't think you need to be a member of CICCI to do this. But you could join ..... just sayin

Anytime mrpackrat! Hope you have as much fun with your XF as we all do here. Use the search function here, it holds a wealth of information for those who care to learn more about their cars. I cannot tell you how many times this forum has helped, and the wealth of DIY (with pictures in many cases) the members post, that helps all of us. Come back, often, and get to know some of the best folks around. Best advice I can offer, is to take the advice of many of the senior members and folks who do most of their own work on their cars, they post here often!

Rumor is, the 215 HP was a marketing decision back in the day, the TRUE number is more like 235-240 .....
