Contractor series Shop-Vac for $16.90 @ Lowe's
So I had asked my Mom what to get my Pops for xmas and she suggested a wet/dry vac for his shop. She had the model and price ready for me, but when I went to the store, there was a slight difference in price. So I pop out my trusty iPhone and search Lowes.com for the right model. Upon doing this, and searching a little further for price comparison, I came across a 16 gallon, 6.5 HP stainless steel canister model for $16.90. I immediately double check to make sure it is the entire vac, not just a filter or something, and triple check the price.
Holy ****!!!! It really is the biggest shop-vac they carried(no longer stocked) and at a STEAL of a price. Thankfully, my local store had 1 left in stock. But where?!?!?!? An awesome employee quickly got on the phone and had it located within 5 minutes! The gentleman that was bringing it down was startled by me as I waited impatiently at the base of his ladder. On top of that, the orchids that we bought ended up coming out $3.00 cheaper because of another misprint. Guess I'll be stealing the thunder come Christmas morning.
