don't pay in full to the co. that is making all the arrangements,, I had a car transported from Ft.Lauderdale to WI and paid 900.00 here, (boy am i glad i put that on a citi card) and that was paid in full they would pay the driver,, well when the truck got to Wi they wanted another 780.00 and would not release the car until paid. the transport co then filed bankrup. well because of the citi card i got my money back, but it took 7 months to do it ,,I now have a guy here that delivers everywhere he is his own broker so there is no screw up. they are the only ones i know that MAY do a good job for you. Yaris transport 163 sw 26 st Miramar Fl. 954 446 3477,,, 786 290 9461,,,cel. 954 305 7643 use the cel. jim

from where in fl. they pick up all over the state.

being in the trucking business, I would recommend what Jim just told you. If he has personal knowledge of a company he has dealt with. Then I would go that route. The problem with trucking is, the broker gets the check, and the driver is paid after the delivery is made. But, if the broker hasn't been paying the driver, then he may try to collect his money on delivery. The driver needs to be paid. He did the work, the broker, for the most part sets on his ***, and finds loads for the drivers. Not all are honest, as they skim money off the top and short change the drivers with all kinds of excuses...dog eat dog business. That's why I love it....lol...

Hello, I work for National Car Transport and I can definitely get that vehicle shipped for a low rate!

lots of good comments here. I had very good cross-crountry transportation by one company, Pfeiffer Enterprises @ (574) 633-0625. Good luck! PA to CA. This would be easier.

You do have a choice to make before you select a shipper. Do you want it to travel enclosed, or on a car carrier. Enclosed prices will be considerable higher. That said, when I shipped my GL1800 Trike from WA to FL, I looked on the 'net for comments from custom bike builders/owners. I eventually selected Federal Motorcycle Shipping, a division of Allied Moving. Allied also ships autos. The price was not the cheapest I found, but the recommendations were very good. I was very pleased with their service, and had to leave the trike in their warehouse for about a month till pickup. No extra charge for that.
