The 10 Most Beautiful Cars ...
I have to say I would agree with the picks. However, had they done the 11 most beautiful cars the Crossfire would have made the list. NOTE: The 70 Challenger R/T made the list. One of only 2 American cars.........

I've never liked the E-Type coupes; the convertibles, on the other hand, are gorgeous.
I own a 73 Challenger and even though it is a different year, I feel all of the crap from which it is currently suffering is well worth it.

Of course the Crossfire has been voted one of the ugliest cars of all time. I think by that know it all on Top Gear.
Honestly, while I do like several of the cars on this list, I really think that for a "10 Most Beautiful Cars of All Time" list, this one is horrible. Maybe "10 Most Beautiful performance cars" and I think it's a stretch at that. Obviously the writer has never been to a major concours event like Pebble Beach, Amelia Island, or even seen pictures from those type of events.
Then again, since we all have different tastes, perhaps he should have been bright enough to title this article "My favorite cars and I don't really care what you think"

gotta be honest the porker is not my idea of beautiful and I'm not a big fan of Ferraris either... that being said the Merc and GT40 are up there

There are beautiful cars with excellent performance. There are beautiful cars that are worthless from a performance standpoint. Then there are cars that look tough, and are tough -- but not beautiful. And then there are the vehicles that are special because they look so ugly.
Here are some beautiful cars :
1954 Mercedes-Benz 300SL
1961 Ferrari 250 GT California
1963 Chevrolet Corvette
1964 Aston Martin DB5
1965 Jaguar E-Type
1966 Ford GT40
1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4
1970 Dodge Challenger R/T
1971 Lamborghini Miura SV
1973 Porsche Carrera RS

I would agree with all of them except the Sting Ray and Porsche. This should have been a top 25 list. I would include them on that, but there are better styled Porsches (that Porsha...er Porsche is too busy, at heart it's an engineering company after all). I completely agree with Mike. I'm sure he likes the F1, too (unless he has something against three seaters, which I doubt. The Hermes edition Veyron may not be "beautiful" per se, but it is remarkable). Go to a world-class concourse and you'll be blown away just by the odd 25 or so you'd see there. Me? the gullwing is my all-time fav on this list with some vintage Ferraris and Pegasos nipping at its heels. I also prefer the new Ford GT over the original, but not by much. For flowing lines, simplicity, and interior the 1951 Saoutchik Delahaye 235 roadster is my fav of all time. It's a completely integrated car. But, that could change when some deep-pocketed guy emerges at Pebble or Amelia with a four year factory-correct resto of a car you've never seen before. And I still haven't disgreed with Robert Cumberford anytime he chimes in on something new or vintage. I often wonder what he'd think about the Crossfire (mid-oughts Chrysler grill and all). Not to diss the roadster people here, but I still think the coupe has better lines. All three Crossfires are great designs and am lucky/proud to have two of them. Thanks Eric and the SRT team.

I'm not surprised, majority of the car enthusiasts don't like the way Crossfires look so honestly they are far from any 'good looking top 10'. I didn't like the way they look but the SRT grew on me over the years. I still don't dig how the roadsters look.. same goes for the majority of the cars where the convertible came after as an afterthought.
For beautiful cars, the pretty much missed 10 out of 10. Some of those cars are damn ugly, and always were. I knew when there wasn't a Deusenberg in one of the top 2 spots, they'd blown all the rest as well.

Where's the Nash Metropolitan???? haha Also, the lambo made it but where's the Pantera? I always wanted one of those. I believe the new Nissan 370Z NISMO to be a gorgeous new car as well. I may make that my next as long as the aftermarket picks up so I can do more bolt-ons to it for performance.
