Proportional to a generic AR15 I would guess, if availble, around $900 to $1200 today.

Thanks
Just saw a bushmaster basic ar15 on shelf at dunhams sporting goods for $795, prices are back down. Ammo is the current problem.

Built 5 AR's from scratch last three months. I like the new cold hammer forged barrels. If you go with the mid length gas system rather than the shorter carbine length, less felt recoil and smoother bolt cycling. Barrels same length for both,16".

Have one with 20" govt profile barrel, fixed A2 stock and receiver mounted A2 style carry handle. Super accurate, real tack driver.

Majority of mine are PSA uppers, CMMG dedicated 22LR with carbine length pencil barrel. Lowers are SOG Armory, Liberty Arms, billet Airizona Armory, CMMG, and an Omni polymer on my 22LR AR.

That is good news to hear. But the Ammo shortage is not. 22LR seemed to be a good idea when it was plentiful. At the moment not so much.

I have a modern Henry 22lr lever action that i love to shoot but, until Ammo supplies are up, I am keeping it in the gun case
My 40 ca Model 94 has the same problem DHS has dried up the supply of that calibre as well.

thanks for the info..

I have a Marlin lever action 22 I inherited from my Father in Law. Bought new in 1953, still is very accurate and works like new. It essentially is a twin to your Henry.

Nothing political Franc... And please don't try to make it into one.....

I only asked a fair question that was commented towards me a in quote...

Also made mention that the largest owner/investor on firearms and ammunition in the US, (specifically regarding the manufacturer of the Bushmaster this thread about) - due to regulations and laws - just like the news link you provided in your first post.....

Jezzz...Franc - take a chill pill man.... and go back and read your own (and other) posts in this thread and check for political chum....

Chum...

Former California gun manufacture opens in Shiner, TX

Governor Rick Perry is in Shiner, Texas Wednesday, showing off his latest business tactics are working.

The town is known for the Shiner brewery, but Governor Perry says having Shield Tactical in town will make Shiner, shine brighter.

Kaspar Wire Works, the Spoetzel Brewery and now, Shield Tactical. Industry is what keeps the small town of Shiner, Texas alive.

Shield Tactical, a California firearms company, is now open and operating in Shiner, thanks to the founder, John Harrington, and Governor Rick Perry's social media and radio advertising.

This morning the local news reported that Gun Barrel City, Texas is trying to get a gun manufacturer to move to their town too. How fitting huh?

Missouri's governor Jay Nixon(D) is offering tax credits to gun MFG's that wish to settle here. Not that I approve of such bribery but nice to know Missouri is in the game.

Perhaps Winchester or Colt will leave the New England area and come where they are wanted and welcome. We have a nice open field in Fenton where good ole boys used to build Chrysler products.

WoW! what steal from the great state of California...

Oh... wait... Franc you swallowed the fake plastic bait by MyFAUX news... hook - line and sinker.....

Shield Tactical does not MANUFACTURE any products.. John Harrington, the owner and operator is a firearms TRAINER... Yes - just a trainer with Zero Employees beyond his DNA culture.. (but he will engrave your name on your upper receiver) WoW!!

He does sell "Other Manufacturers" stuff from his website...

I can't wait to see Gov. Perry cutting the yellow ribbon on the facility for the Pilates instructor he lured away from California and that other business he got...

what was it....??? You know that Third One.... Ummm...

OOOOOPPPPSSSS....

California - home to more billion $$ corporations than any other State in the USA or the world for that matter.....

And ol' Perry roped him a bigun'
