Hard enough to fly a multimillion dollar taxpayer asset but to run the risk of losing control of it so close to another aircraft? This pilot should be reprimanded. That is an F-15 used for training quality proficient fighter/bomber pilots, not hot-******* by showing off for a camera. Its incidents like this that cause loss of life and loss of valuable assets. All it takes is for a piece of that banner to get where it doesn't belong, and distractions take place. Did command know of this BEFORE the picture was taken? I doubt it.
