1606 - Trip to Alpine Helen, Georgia

Wife & I took a short trip to Northern Georgia mountains this weekend. Spent a couple of nights in Alpine Helen, Georgia. Took in the sites around town, spent some time at a couple of waterfalls (Toccoa Falls & Anna Ruby Falls), and just enjoyed the scenery. Beautiful countryside!

Nice little trip to just get away from everything. More pictures in an album under my User.

The Atlanta bunch has a "Waterfalls" tour set for August, those are on the route.

Our first-ever meet was last summer in Helen - we, back then, went to Brasstown Bald and ran GA 75 and other cool roads.
