Default Moving to the US...

...I wish.

I'd love to move to the US, I really don't like it in the UK anymore.
It's a nanny state and we are governed by spineless politically correct idiots.

Always had a soft spot for you guys and your country.

Just how difficult is it to move out there? - Bearing in mind that the US and the UK are historically meant to have a "special" relationship.

I fancy one of the southern states like Louisiana / Alabama for example.

We Southerners tend to be a little more relaxed and laid-back and we tend to talk a little bit slower then those nice Folks up north, you know way up North! Like in Canada 😉 they seem to be a little more grumpy I guess because they don't get enough sunshine. So come on over will be glad to have you. 🤗

Unless you have pots of money you are too old.
Go to Spain or Portugal.

Lots of Brits in Florida. Low COLA and no income tax.

Too old? Damn cheek 180. I'm like a spring chicken that's just sprung out of a springy place on a springy day!.......

Isn't Florida a bit pricey?
Anyway - I don't want to be with Brits.......

Cajun **** Stars

Swamp people
Good old Hickock 45 on youtube (I love shooting)
Diners drive in's & dives - the only foody show that actually makes me dribble...

Don't come to a state near the ocean though, direct
hits from tropical storms or hurricanes can really
destroy everything you've worked for all your life.
Texas, Louisiana, Florida.. NC, SC, STAY AWAY!

Such a nice idea!
Actually, I'm not sure, I'd ever move to another continent. On the other hand, every journey brings such a bright experience and I'm trying to travel whenever possible. By the way, if you're going to college in the US, I think this site is gonna be useful for you. For example, the degree writing becomes much easier with its help! Anyway, text me when you finally come here, maybe we could catch up!
