door and trunk not locking with fob
Re: door and trunk not locking with fob
The common area for the air line to break is in the corrugated tube at the top of the hatch on the passenger side or the similar hose at the bottom of the passenger door.
It can be fixed in these areas using a larger hose over the yellow hose. Do not use PVC hose use urethane hose as PVC cracks after time.
If it is a hose you might hear a hissing sound.

No matter where the line goes, fix it and you'll probably have working 'everything' locked/unlocked again. There is a threshold whereas if there is a leak somewhere, the system is trying to work, but lack of a sealed system will result in strange behavior (depending on where and how bad the leak is). There are some posts on how to fix specific areas of leaking air lines, just use good common sense and you should be fine. Good luck!
