Have a 06 roadster ..
one day I needed my very first jump since ownership .. ran good for 30 min , as I left the car in park I heard it die .. it wouldn’t turn back over with jump .. hot or cold the car would not turn over .. the windows go down ! Not up ! Music comes on every now n then .. hear a clicking sound like something is engaging when in on position .. turn to crank and nothing , seat controls inside lighting work .. battery , alternator , fuses all less than 2 years old .. need help ! Keep hearing seized engine and I hope it’s not ..

I say BOTH? Looks like you need much more information than posted, and for you reading the forum posts. Could be a variety of things. One thing that has been said of the crossfire, don't jump them. The electronics do not like the surges in the electrical systems. So, peruse the forum and let some members come in to help some. BTW, IF you have a power drain in the car electrical system, a 2 year old battery does not mean much if the battery has been habitually discharged. A few common parts are suspect, but you'll need a few more pieces of information posted here to help us help you. IF this is beyond your capability, find an independent European mechanic familiar with a Mercedes Bend SLK-320, model year 2003/2004 (car's electrical system is almost identical). DO NOT TAKE IT TO A BENZ OR CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP!

Battery might be shot, even though it's only 2 years old. You could have a dead cell. Take the battery to a place like Autozone and have them load test it. Might also be the starter throw out bearing is shot.

If the car has water in the coolant tank and oil on the dipstick it probably isn't "seized".

You left the car idling in park for how long? Sounds like a battery or connection issue. First step should be to have the battery tested.

You tried to describe what the car is doing, but "wont turn over" means the starter wont engage. Is that what you mean?
If so, get in car, turn key to ON, then to START.

If the starter will not engage, release key to ON and sit there for 45 seconds. Does the engine fan ramp up to high speed?
If so, yank the RCM out and send it to DJ for rebuild OR, better yet, order a new one and STILL send the bad one to DJ, so you have a spare - that's what I did.

If the fan dOES NOT ramp up to high speed (you will HEAR IT), then we have more questions to ask.

If your battery is that corroded, blue on the terminals, it's probably old and needs to be replaced.
