HELP, Does anyone know how to remove the Cigar / Cigarette lighter from the silver bezel it is installed into? I also need to know how to remove the face piece from the coin holder / ash tray. I want to have the burl finish SRT6 can get done but I am having a hard time figuring out how to remove these pieces. Come to think of it, another is the bezel on the cup holder. Has anyone removed these ???
