Default Leather shifter
Where can I find this shifter?
I don't like the stock silver one, so I am looking to replace.

I like that too.
Some time ago I emailed the company that has the photo - they didn't respond.
Somebody on the forum said it was specially made for that photo shoot.

This true. I posted that. I contacted Quales, and StarTech, and they told me it was custom made at a local shop for the photo.
