Nice guage set up, but I would ditch the boost gauge, since the SC is at a constant pressure for a certain rpm under loads, unless your running a different set up?
you might find it more benfitiary to install oil temp gauge, I also would relocate the outside air temp sensor somewhere in the airstream of the compressor side of the SC if possible.

Lookin good...

How much boost does that Jump-Box make?

Are you using the water temp gauge to check the efficiency of the intercooler or the actual coolant in the radiator?

Let us know how you wire it all up...I'm anxious to see where you get your boost, A/F, and temp readings.

going ontot he dash, most liekly towards the windsheild so i can run the wires down thru the air vents so i dotn have to drill a hole in the $600 dashboard

yes i realize the boost will be the same everytime but just force of habbit.... gotta have a boost gauge in there and i needed a third to fill out the pod.

im really impressed with all the gauges, this is the first time we used the marshall gauges and the new zeitronix AFR gauge is ****

boost will be tapped off inatke mani or intake splitter, water temp will be tapped into IC or hose going into IC, and wideband sensor will go into downpipe

I guess I don't understand what you two are referring to regarding the boost.

Wont the car make more boost when the air is cooler?

Wont the boost read low if/when that I/C pump is failing?

what I'm refering to is the SC is a direct drive system that is governed by the size of either the Crank pulley or SC drive pulley, this is not a Turbo which is not a direct drive system so pressure fluctuations can be devastating if timing and fuel maps are not operating in thier boost parameters, thus it's more important to have the boost gauge on turbocharged engine and not SC engines.

but I would find it more informative to know the air temperature of the air coming from the pressurized side of the SC, the IC water temp is also good but that's not what the engine is consuming so there will be a lag in information as to what temp the air is at while entering the cylinder.

It would also be nice if you could somehow tap into the knock sensor, and install one of MSD knock gauges.

The supercharger has that clutch so there is no direct drive like the Ford Mustangs and Lightnings. The clutch could itself begin to fail and you would then see lower boost pressure.

Turbos use wastegates as boost regulators. If you feel the same way once you have your wastegate set at your required boost level why install one on a turbo motor then?

Yes this is a good thing to keep an eye on. Unfortunately Autometer stopped making theirs and Nordskog is taking a very long time to ship theirs.

Another good item to have. I saw one on a Subaru site that looked really trick.

its going to use the "sand down the bottom fo the pod so it conforms to the dash and double sided tape" method :0

The Faux Carbon fiber isn't too fabulous, any chance these could be done in a mat/flat finish that would match the interior color?

Double sided tape on the Crossfire's rough surface dash? That should be interesting....

It's not a grab handle or anything that sees a lot of excessive force. The biggest problem will be the heat, and getting the tape off if you decide you don't like it.

I like the pillar pod that AMGrasoul made...that was killer!

If it was a "grab handle", no kind of tape would hold it. Like I said, good luck with double sided tape on the Crossfire's rough textured dash....

Double sided tape will hold very very good and wount leave any marks when you take it off...

How do I know? I mounted a VAFC (piggyback) on my previous car this way and it held perfectly and when I took it off there was 0 marks on it.
