Default Max headroom

Does anyone know if the leather or power seats rob some of the headroom the cloth seats provide? If so -how much? I'd love to put in leather seats, but not if I can't sit upright in my coupe. At 6' 2" I current enjoy 1-2 inches of headroom.

All I can say is, I'm 6'1". The leather heated seats are just right. I have about two inches to spare.

Try being 6'5 in the coupe, I can't sit up straight, my knees tend to bump the dash on hard turns and bumps. I spent a good 3 hours adjusting the seat in the srt, play with the seat a little it help alot.

I'm 6'2", and I managed to get 3-4 inches of headroom by adjusting my leather seats. I can fit in the car with my helmet on and still have an inch or 2 of headroom.

I did notice that the base model has a little bit more head room but I was REALLY impressed with the extra leg room! Literally inches more available.
I need new seats! Hell the heater in the driver seat has never worked for me. Might as well change.

Thanks to everyone for their input. I'll try to find some leather seats and let you know what the direct comparison is.

I swapped my leather seats for cloth and gained probably close to two inches of headroom. Definately worth it in my opinion. I don't really care for leather living in the south. We had to swap the seat connectors as well. I have a 2004 limited and swapee had a 2005 base.

Are the base seats electric adjustment or heated? I'm 6'2" and my head touches the top if I sit completely back in my seat, and, I have tried every seat adjustment.
How does the cloth compare with leather for comfort? The leather to me is a little hard and the bolsters in the lower section are uncomfortable after awhile.
I really like the look of the leather but if the cloth is more comfortable AND will give me significant head room, then, I might have to hunt a swap.
I just left an upholstery shop to see if the bolsters could be trimmed, and the guy said I was stuck with them.
