Default Rubber console bumper? Where is this? Missing?

Curious as the wing restrictor says to remove this bumper. I don't see a bumper. Can anyone email me a pic of what and where this bumper looks like. I have some marks on my console from hitting the back section. Chysler looked at this and really doesn't want to fix is. Is there a bumper missing? Email ron222@embarqmail.com. Thanks Ron

The rubber bumper to protect the console door was started on the 07 model. (or at least my 06 didn't have it and the 07 does)
It does a good job, but I still not to let it bang. It is attached on the bulkhead between the two bracket hooks.

I hope this is what you were asking about.

Mine never had one either, console door wacks the bulkhead unless I open the lid CAREFULLLY

Looks like they missed putting them on cars more than they put on. Ron

A part # might be hard to come by, but it is just a little stick-on rubber foot in mine.

Try Radio Shack.

It appears that the people who have the bumper on their car do not own a digital camera, thats an odd statistic.
Is it possible that the stick ons are just added by the previous owners? If not, let us know what the bumper looks like so we can add one that looks OME.

I have one in my car (which is being stored in Knoxville about 20 miles from the Dragon). It was factory installed. It looks like this:

except I have no idea what the rear looks like, it may be a grommet, screwdown, or just adhesive backed. The front bumper part looks like a little hemispherical nub.

From what I heard its a stick on. Could be on the floor, of our cars, as they could fall off at any time. Ron

I believe it's a stick on. There's a sign of some old glue where mine should have been.
As Max suggested Radio Shack or try Home Depot in the hardware, cabinet dept.
